The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) is commissioned by the Federal Government to perform audits on government contractors and subcontractors to make sure that companies with Federal Contracts comply with these Federal Acts. Executive Order 11246 requires every business and non-profit organization with more than 50 employees and federal contracts of $50,000.00 or more to have a current Affirmative Action Plan and must be updated on an annual basis.

Non-compliance with the guidelines set forth by the OFCCP can lead to costly settlements and may damage corporate images.
